Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase ("Terms of Purchase") govern your purchases of products and services available through http://www.dodeb.com (the "Company Sites" or the "Sites"). The Company Sites are operated by dodeb.com (the "Company"). Your use of the Company Sites and these Terms are also subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE CAREFULLY, TOGETHER WITH THE TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY POLICY, AND OTHER POLICIES OR AGREEMENTS REFERENCED IN THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE HEREIN, BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY SITES. BY PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY SITES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE, INCLUDING THE ARBITRATION PROCEDURE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER DESCRIBED IN THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION BELOW.

GENERAL

These Terms of Purchase have been entered into by you and provide a valid and binding agreement between you and the Company that is enforceable against you according to the Terms. You represent that you (1) are at least 18 years old, (2) have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and (3) are not a person who is prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws, regulations, or rules.

You are required to purchase and use the products and services available through the Company Sites strictly in accordance with these Terms of Purchase and all applicable laws, regulations, and provisions (collectively "Laws"). You are responsible for complying with all applicable Laws regarding your purchase, including all applicable Laws in the country to which products are shipped. All calls, emails, and other communications between you and the Company may be recorded.

A copy of the Privacy Policy governing the collection, use, disclosure, and other processing of personal data by the Company can be found at http://www.dodeb.com. You agree that all personal information we obtain about you (whether through the Company Sites, via email, telephone, or otherwise) will be collected, stored, and otherwise processed in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy. The Company may update its Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion. Changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted at http://www.dodeb.com. Your continued use of the Sites after changes to the Privacy Policy means that you accept the changes.

PURCHASE

Order Processing

The Company may, at its sole discretion, decide not to process or to cancel your order under certain circumstances. This may be the case, for example, if the product or service you wish to purchase is out of stock or incorrectly priced, if we suspect fraud, or if the Company deems other circumstances appropriate. The Company also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take measures to verify your identity to process your order. The Company will either not charge you or will refund you the fees for orders we do not process or cancel. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to (i) revoke any stated offer; (ii) correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions; and (iii) make changes to prices, content, promotional offers, product descriptions or specifications, or other information without being obligated to issue notice of such changes (including after ordering, confirmation, shipping, or receipt of the order, unless prohibited by law).

Product and Service Descriptions

The Company strives to provide accurate descriptions of products and services on the Company Sites. However, the Company does not guarantee that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product or service on the Company Sites is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the item as set forth in these Terms of Purchase.

The Company Sites may offer a quick view feature for various products. This feature allows you to view pricing details of the product and add the product to your cart without opening the product page. The quick view feature and the "Add to Cart" feature are offered for your convenience only. More detailed information about a product, its origin, features, and pricing can be found on the product page.

Pricing

The Company strives to provide accurate pricing for the products and services on the Company Sites. However, we cannot guarantee against pricing errors. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to process or to cancel orders for products or services whose price was incorrectly stated on the Site due to an error. In such cases, the Company will notify you via email. Additionally, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct errors in the stated full sale price.

Availability of Products and Services

The Company Sites may contain information about the availability of goods. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that an item will be shipped immediately after your order. The estimated delivery date for your destination address is approximately 30 days or less after successful payment, subject to change depending on item availability, inclement weather, shipping company transit times, destination address, etc. Unfortunately, the Company cannot guarantee that an item marked as "in stock" will be shipped immediately, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product or service that is in stock when an order is placed may already be sold out when attempting to process the order. In such cases, the Company will notify you via email.

Specific Additional Disclaimers and Obligations

In addition to the general disclaimers in the Terms of Use for products and services purchased through the Site: (a) products and services purchased on the Site may not include manufacturer warranties, even if a particular product or service is offered elsewhere with such a warranty; (b) service or support options may not be included; (c) product instructions, directions, or safety warnings may not be included in your language or in the languages of the destination country; (d) products may not be designed according to the standards, specifications, and labeling requirements of your jurisdiction; and (e) they may not comply with the electrical standards of your jurisdiction (which may require the use of an adapter or converter). It is your responsibility to research the product to ensure it meets your requirements and that it can be lawfully imported into your jurisdiction.

Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes, customs duties, and levies imposed by the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped, including but not limited to sales or use taxes, value-added tax, or customs duties.
