How do I place an order?
To place an order:
- Add all desired items to your shopping cart.
- You can proceed through either our website checkout or through PayPal.
- If you want to use the website checkout, click on the green "Checkout" button on the right side of the screen.
- If you want to use PayPal, click on the PayPal button.
- You will be redirected to the "Customer Information" page. Enter the following information:
- Email address
- Name
- Address
- If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Don't forget to click "Apply" so your discount is calculated and applied.
- Click "Continue to Shipping Method" to proceed. Make sure your delivery address is entered correctly (if it differs from your billing address). After entering, click "Continue to Payment Method".
- Enter your payment details. You have the option to indicate that the shipping and billing addresses match, if applicable.
- After completing the form, click "Complete Order". You will receive an order confirmation with an order summary as well as a second confirmation via email.

What should I do if items are missing or wrong products were delivered?
For missing or incorrectly delivered items, please contact us at service@dodeb.com. Provide your order number (Order Number #) and send us proof (image file size should be under 1 MB). We will send you the correct product at no additional cost and you do not need to return the incorrectly delivered item. You can keep it as a gift.
How do I know my order was successfully submitted?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and the details of your order.
I want to change my ordered items. What should I do?
Changes are only possible until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day as the order. Please contact us via email at service@dodeb.com to request changes.
How do I add items to my cart?
To add items to your cart:
- Go to the page of the desired item and select your options.
- Click the "Add to Cart" button. You will then be taken to your cart page.
- Enter the desired quantity in the "Quantity" field next to the item image. After entering, you can continue shopping or complete your order.
How do I see what's in my cart?
Click on the cart icon at the top of the website page. On this page, you can adjust the number of desired items and change the quantity. To delete an item, click on the "Remove" link under the quantity.
How do I remove items from my cart?
Click on the cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Once you have identified the item you want to delete, click on the "Remove" link under the quantity. The page will automatically refresh and the changes will be displayed.
How do I change the quantity of a specific item in my cart?
Click on the cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen to see all items and their quantities. Change the quantity of an item by entering the desired number in the "Quantity" field. The amount and costs will automatically update and display on the right side.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept four major types of credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay.
How do I pay with PayPal?
PayPal is the easiest method to pay online. After you have placed all desired items in your cart, click on the "PayPal" button. You will be redirected to the PayPal website where you can complete the payment.
How do I use a discount code?
To use a discount code:
- Select the item you want to order and click on the green "Checkout" button.
- On the next page, enter your customer information.
- On the right side of the screen, you will see the "Discount" field.
- Enter the discount code and click "Apply". Verify that the discount was applied correctly.
What is your return and exchange policy?

What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can only be cancelled until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day. After that, cancellation is no longer possible. Contact us via email at service@dodeb.com if you wish to make a cancellation.
Is ordering online safe?
Yes, we handle the information you provide to us when ordering through our online shop (or in any other manner) with the utmost care. The server hosting our shop encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer data using the SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer), the Internet standard.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
To ensure a secure payment process, we use a credit card processor for a reliable and secure Internet payment gateway that encrypts all data with AES-256.
Will my personal information be kept private?
All information you provide to us is private and confidential. We will not share, rent, or sell your personal data under any circumstances without your consent, unless required by law.
