When can I expect my delivery?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days after order receipt. Delivery occurs between 10-20 business days after the shipping date, depending on the shipping service provider's availability and delivery location. We apologize for any possible delays that may occur due to customs clearance, inspections, or delays in transportation by the shipping service provider.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided to you in the shipping confirmation email. With this number, you can track your order at www.17track.net.

What are your shipping costs?

We have a flat shipping rate of €5.49 for all supported destinations worldwide.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide. However, if your country is not supported by our logistics service provider, we will inform you immediately and make necessary changes to your order. For more information about our destination areas, you can contact us at service@dodeb.com.

How can I change my delivery address?

An address change is only possible until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day as the order. Please contact us at service@dodeb.com to request such changes.

Can I have items delivered to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, that is possible.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped on regular business days (except holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Some goods are shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the remaining items are manufactured and shipped directly from our own factories in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
